Returns and Guarantee
If you buy a new product from Suites and Beds Direct, then the frame comes with a one year manufacturers and material defects guarantee for your total peace of mind. Some products come with additional guarantees and are highlighted in the product description.

All our furniture is classed as a ‘second’ which means we can offer it at an extremely low price, therefore these products are sold as seen.

 
Returns Policy
 

We understand that choosing furniture can be a stressful time and even when you have made your choice, sometimes you get it wrong.

 

Our experience tells us that sometimes a wrong choice is only evident when you see the furniture in your home in it’s intended place. Sometimes the items are too big or too small or the colour isn’t right or doesn’t match.

 

Whatever the reason, if you're not delighted with your choice, you have 14 days to let us know and we'll collect the item(s) and refund your money provided the goods are in exactly the same condition you received them in.

 
 
If The Goods Arrived Damaged or Are Faulty
 

If your goods arrived damaged or are faulty your should inform us by email or phone as soon as possible. Please email returns@SuitesAndBedsDirect.com within 7 days (max). We will then contact you to arrange the return of the goods and arrange a replacement. All goods that are faulty will be fully refunded and we will also pay for the return delivery charges. Please note that to ensure the high standards we are committed to, we sometimes have to send items to the manufacturer for fault identification and analysis.

 
If The Goods Are Faulty
 

If your purchase develops a fault within the first few weeks/months of you having it, please email or phone us as soon as possible. Please email returns@SuitesAndBedsDirect.com with a brief description of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange the return of the goods and arrange a replacement.

 
Failed Delivery

If for any reason we are unable to get your furniture in to your home, we will take it away for you and refund your money. We do however deduct 10% of the total purchase price so we would request that you consider the item’s dimensions carefully and ensure that you are confident that the item will fit before ordering.

 
Cancellations

Non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 days after delivery and if you wish to return non-faulty goods, please email or phone us as soon as possible. Please email returns@SuitesAndBedsDirect.com with details and we will contact you to help you. As long as the furniture is returned in brand new, unused condition along with the original packaging, we will fully refund the price of the goods less delivery and collection costs. You will receive your refund within 30 days although this is normally completed much more quickly.

 

However, please note that we do not accept returns for non faulty goods if:

- The furniture was personalised to your requirements
- The furniture was shipped outside of the UK

Leather is a unique and natural material, and so there are sometimes imperfections in it. These can be due to many things including natural markings, scars, knicks etc. These are the natural hallmarks of genuine leather.
